Fundamental Fundamental support is suggested for networks ranging in size from 2-9 PCs/Macs. This package offers unlimited help line support, 24 hour server support, a dedicated account manager as well as procurement advice.
Ingenious Ingenious support is designed to ensure your network is never down. Pre-scheduled office maintenance visits will ensure that your server is operating at optimal performance levels as well as offering suggestions for improving your network functions. This service allows you to remain on top of your network and react proactively as opposed to reactively. Offering all the services of the Essential support plus the benefit of regular office visits, user training, disaster recovery and security system tests, and of course remote server monitoring.
Essential Essential support is recommended for those networks ranging in size from 5 - 50 Pcs/Macs. Also, if your office has a server this package is highly recommended no matter the number of work stations you have. Including all the services offered by the Fundamental package, Essential support also offers you website monitoring to ensure your site is always up and running, backup alert response allowing you the security of knowing your system is always properly backed up, regular remote administration sessions as well as Anti-Virus alert response.

We also offer a Collect & Return Service to our clients for a small additional charge. This service is run by skilled technicians who will not only collect your machine from your home or office within East Anglia, but also upon completion, return your machine to you at a prearranged time, setting it up in place, so you don't have to worry about a thing.
Collect & Return service
If you would like to benefit from our workshop service but cannot get your machine to us then our Collect and Repair Service might be for you.
For a small charge we will send a technician to collect your PC and return it to our workshop. Once worked upon we can return it to you. You will be charged rates which means that you will be charged for actual technician time rather than for a lengthy onsite call. This makes theITdepartment the obvious choice for those customers looking for a trouble-free IT solution at an amazing price.
For clients living or working within the Norwich area we charge just £10 (£5 per trip!). There is a limit of a 15 mile radius from Norwich's city centre for this service. We can also cover places outside of Norwich, such as Gt. Yarmouth, Lowestoft or Dereham, please call us with your location details for a quote |
